“Purchasing a place to call home can be a challenging process. Having Philly from Village Realty in our corner was a game changer. She was warm, professional, attentive to our needs, and fought for us all the way. In moments of frustration, she kept us sane and focused on the goal. After the deal closed, she remained engaged until we moved in. We went looking for a house and got a gained a friend as a bonus. In the words of our 6 year-old, Philly is awesome!”

~ The Satchivi Family

"The moment we met Philly, I knew we were in good hands! She was very personable and knew exactly what we were looking for! She always gave us her honest opinion which we really appreciated...She held our hands through some bumps and thanks to her, we are now in our beautiful, new condo!”

~ Maura Haggerty & Dr. Joseph Moreno

“Working with Philly of Village Realty was outstanding! She made the entire process of our home purchase productive and efficient. Her guidance from start to finish was superb and just top of the line! She is such an easy and very knowledgeable realtor and always keeps her professionalism at a high standard.”

~ The McCauley Family

"My experience with Village Realty was unique, as I did not have a real estate agent. My wife and I were buying a home in Tuckahoe and Philly was the homeowners agent. The moment you meet Philly, you instantly like her. It took just one visit to our future home to feel comfortable negotiating with her. Further conversations and you feel like she’s been your friend your whole life. It didn’t take long for the negotiation process to end. With Philly guiding us through the process, even thought she was NOT our agent. She answered or returned every phone call with in 20 minutes. Before I knew it, my wife and I were proud home owners in Tuckahoe and Philly had a large part of it. Now, when ever we see Philly, it’s hugs and kisses, like you would give to a friend haven seen in awhile. She did all that and she wasn’t my Realestate agent, I can’t imagine the service clients get when she’s working for them. I can’t say enough good things about Philly and Village Realty!"

~ Daniel Reddy
